35 inches of snow in two days. Even for us, that’s a bit much.
Carole: “This is called a horse.”
In 2017 I promised myself I would get back into riding. But had it been too long? Do I even remember how? Should I put 911 on speed dial? So today I took a lesson from the very talented and VERY patient Carole Paré and with the extremely trusting owner of Rocco Sylvie Berger on camera, I share with you how it went (I’ve captioned the photos to give you a better idea)
Rocco: “Pthfft, he needs a box to get on.”
Tom: “Okay, now what!?!”
Tom: ” My seats’ wrong, where are my hands!?!”
Rocco: “We’re walking into the wall.”
Tom: “Ohh, go around the cone!”
Tom: “I think I can do this.”
Tom: “Sh*#!!! Don’t run over the teacher!!!”
Tom: “Not that stupid cone again!”
Tom: “Okay I remember why I didn’t like posting…ouch…oww…oopf.”
Tom: “I think I got this!”
Tom: “Look, heels down!!!”
Tom: “I have no idea what I’m doing.”
Rocco: “No, he really doesn’t know what he’s doing.”
Thank you Rocco. I love you.
