This weekend is the International Driving show at the Bromont Olympic Equestrian Park. I took this shot 2 years ago. It was the first time I covered a driving event and was immediately hooked. I imagine a time long past when cars were only a dream and life moved at a civilized pace.

Abianco IX, was trapped on an obstacle during a recent event. She was rescued when one of the officials blew downward on the corner of the teeter-totter to get it moving, as touching it was against the rules.
The feisty eventer captured the hearts of the crowds but was later disqualified for piddling on one of the judge’s shoes.
