Whenever I photograph Milady, I can’t help but zoom into her face. Not only is she beautiful, she is incredibly expressive. From the twist of an ear, the flare of her nostrils, the shift of her head, all have meaning that speaks volumes to me. Rather then identifying each picture, I will leave it to your imagination to decide what she’s thinking.
As a photographer I have the unbelievable advantage of sharing the same vision with the owner of Milady, and the understanding that this is not a single photo shoot, but a series of shoots that will get better and more creative as time goes by. This is my third shoot with Milady and as I get to know her, I can already anticipate her moves. I can see when she is having fun, getting bored or just plain mad at me and has had enough. Also, as she gets to know me, she now looks in my direction, knows I like it when her ears are forward and like a model, begins to pose for me.
Once I have finished editing this winter shoot, I’ll share the gallery with you, but I still have 600 more frames to go through.
