This is a wonderful, honest horse doing a great job of taking a novice rider around this challenging course. Both horse and rider are well groomed and properly dressed for the day, although I would like to see the horse’s hooves oiled to put the finishing touch on a lovely duo.

The rider is on the cusp of moving to the next level of balance and it needs very little to get there. I believe she’s ready to start giving a more natural long release which will allow her to move farther back into the saddle and shortening her stirrups a hole will put a deeper angle in her knee which will help keep her stirrup forward so she can keep her hips and seat over the saddle as the horse jumps. Her profile will improve along with her balance.
